The shrimp industry must be better at making products easier to eat and more snackable, Will Rash of The Big Prawn Company said.

Reflecting this, Big Prawn was showcasing its range of prawn cocktails in yoghurt packs and its “breakers” -- dual packs of shrimp with a dipping sauce.

“The aim is to make shrimp snackable,” Rash said. “The prawn industry has not been good at innovating... There’s a huge opportunity in doing things differently.”
